Refundable Items

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your shipment. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund upon verification of the damage or defect.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your shipment. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you or issue a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Opened or Used Products: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of opened or used candles or related products.
  • Items Returned After Timeframe: Items must be returned within the specified timeframe (see above) to be eligible for a refund.
  • Items Not in Original Condition: Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition, with all tags and labels attached.

Shipping Costs for Returns

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns (e.g., unwanted items), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
